The Law School sends more than one hundred students each year to visit study in countries like U.S., Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Japan, South Korea.
The Law School’s exchange programs with University of Sheffield, Bergen University, National Seoul University have been supported by the China Scholarship Council fundings. There are fourteen LLM exchange programs with such as Catholic Leuven University, Tel Aviv University , Aberdeen University that have received funding support from the SDU’s “international credit plan”. The law school also set aside sizable amount of funding to improve students’ foreign language abilities and international exchanges. With donations from the society, the law school has funded short term visiting programs such as summer programs in Oxford and Cambridge Universities, Zhonglun Overseas Study Program.
Our graduates have gained increasing attention and approval from more world-famous universities for their excellent academic achievements and their convincing overall credentials. In 2019, 23 law students continued to study abroad after graduation, which makes 13.69% out of the total graduates of the year. Ms Li Shuping from the B.A. in law program was admitted by the ambridge University and obtained the fund from the China Scholarship Council.
