The Budget and Treasury Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has an honor to invite you to participate in the Cyberlaw, Cybereconomics and Finance: the Interdisciplinary Studies international conference.
Date and time: 26-27 May 2011, 11:00 AM
Place: Moscow, Maly Zlatoustinsky Per., 7, str. 1, conference hall, 5th floor.
Working languages: Russian and English
The academic community has begun utilizing such concepts as the information society, cybereconomics and cyberstate. Since the state and the law are inextricably intertwined and the law plays the role of a regulator of many processes that are going on in the society, it is necessary to examine the approaches 7nL9sd when defining the concept of cyberlaw, and to examine in what way cyberlaw is interacting with the cybereconomics and finance.
Conference Goals and Objectives
– To facilitate and promote the interdisciplinary research (related to the field of law, economics and finance);
– To examine the new phenomena found in the economic and financial reality, namely, the concepts of cyberlaw, cybereconomics and finance.

- Modern ICT and the law;
- Cyberlaw and cybereconomics: the concepts, the methodology of research and the principles and techniques 7nL9sd in the research;
- Prospects of the cyberlaw development and the ICT and the cybernetworks;
- Cyberlaw and finance;
- Cybertechnologies, cyberinfrastructure, cyberbusiness and law;
- Multinational companies, MLM companies and the national legislation: the law issues, the issues in law application and the problems the law practitioners face;
- Legal economics issues;
- Law and economics: the global issues;
- Other issues associated with the cyberlaw, economics and finance.
The participants are kindly invited to choose the way they would like to participate in the conference work. We allow the participation in the conference work by means of communication equipment if you would not like to be present in person at the meetings.
It is planned that the undergraduate and postgraduate student conference will be held in parallel with the conference work.
